⚠️ Important Terms & Conditions

1) 📸 Reference Design & Final Output:
The final decor output may vary slightly from the reference image depending on the venue background, available space, stage setup, and lighting conditions. We will ensure the best possible setup while maintaining the selected theme and overall design.

2) 🎨 Props, Balloons & Theme Elements Availability:
Specific balloon colours, props, cutouts, and theme elements are subject to availability. If any selected decor item or theme element is unavailable, it will be replaced with a similar or suitable alternative related to the selected theme.

3) 🏢 Function Hall / Venue Royalty Charges & Permissions:
If the selected Function Hall, Banquet Hall, Hotel, or Venue has any royalty fee, vendor fee, entry fee, decoration permission fee, or other venue-related charges, the customer must communicate directly with the venue management, obtain all required permissions, and pay all applicable charges directly.

These charges are not included in the decoration package. Art Events will not communicate or negotiate with the venue management and will not be responsible for any venue-related charges or permissions.

4) 🌦️ Outdoor Decoration:
For outdoor setups, balloons, props, and lighting may be affected by rain, wind, heat, sunlight, or other weather conditions. Art Events will not be responsible for changes or damage caused by weather conditions.

5) 🔌 Power Supply & Connection:
The customer must provide a suitable power supply point and electrical connection near the decoration area for all decor-related lighting and electrical items.

6) 🚚 Travel Charges:
If the customer’s venue is more than 10 KM from our location, additional travel charges will apply based on the distance.

7) 🎈 Additional Props & Balloons:
Any extra props, balloons, cutouts, lighting, or other decor elements requested beyond the items included in the package will be charged additionally.

8) 🎈 Lost / Missing / Damaged Items:
Any decor items, props, lights, stands, cutouts, or other reusable materials that are lost, missing, or damaged during the event will be chargeable to the customer. The customer is responsible for paying the applicable repair, replacement, or damage cost.

9) 🕒 Dismantling:
Dismantling will be done on the same day or within 24 hours.

10) 📅 Advance Booking:
To ensure the availability of the selected theme, props, balloon colours, materials, and decoration team, we recommend booking the decoration at least 1 week (7 days) before the event date.

💳 Booking & Payment Policy

11) 💳 Booking Advance:
To confirm the booking, an advance payment is required.

• Below ₹4000 → 50% Advance Payment
• Below ₹10,000 → 30% Advance Payment
• ₹10,000 & Above → 50% Advance Payment

The booking will be confirmed only after the required advance payment is received.

12) 💰 Final Payment:
The full payment or remaining balance must be cleared immediately after the decoration setup is completed and handed over to the customer.

❌ Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation refunds will be calculated based on the advance amount paid and the number of days remaining before the scheduled event date.

• 📅 7 Days or More Before the Event → 90% Refund
• 📅 4 Days Before the Event → 50% Refund
• 📅 3 Days Before the Event → 25% Refund
• 📅 2 Days Before the Event → No Refund
• 📅 1 Day Before the Event → No Refund
• 🚨 Event Day (0 Days) → No Refund + Full Remaining Balance Must Be Paid

⚠️ Refund percentages apply only to the advance amount paid at the time of booking.

🚨 Event Day Cancellation

If the customer cancels the booking on the scheduled event day, the advance payment will be non-refundable, and the customer must also pay the entire remaining balance of the agreed decoration amount, as the materials, props, transportation, and decoration team would already have been arranged for the event.
